Jazz, English Style!

The Chipping Campden Music Festival is being held the two weeks we are here and we bought season tickets.  Today we went to the Jazz picnic held at a local venue.

At home, we go to Metropolitan Park.  Check out the local venue!!!!!!

This, ladies and gentlemen, is Campden House which is owned by Sir Philip Smith.  You know, the shops in the airports that sell books and magazines, W. H. Smith....well, this is the guy and this is his house. GORGEOUS.  Just look at the grounds!!

And here is Sir Philip himself.  He jammed with the musicians and did a little "scat" which came as a big surprise!!!!

This is my kind of venue!!!  Whew, what a gorgeous place!!!
